Terms & OEM Policy
Business terms for OEM, ODM, private label, and wholesale acrylic paint supply.
These terms apply to business inquiries, samples, quotations, and bulk supply discussions with Montelise Art. Final order terms are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, artwork approval, or written agreement.
Prices depend on formula, color count, packaging format, label requirements, order quantity, freight terms, and destination market documentation.
Bulk production starts after the buyer confirms color, formula, packaging, label artwork, sample details, and production specification.
We can support private label, custom color, viscosity adjustment, finish control, bottle or jar formats, carton design, and market-specific product files.
The buyer is responsible for supplying approved logos, label text, barcode files, claims, and legal wording for private-label packaging.
Production is checked by batch, color, packaging, and packing condition. MSDS and available test reports can be supplied for buyer review on request.
Custom, OEM, ODM, and private-label goods cannot be treated like retail returns. Changes or claims must be reviewed according to the confirmed specification and delivery records.
