We can support express courier for samples, air freight for urgent replenishment, and sea freight for carton, pallet, LCL, or container orders.

Commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS, test reports, and product files can be prepared according to the target market and buyer requirements.

Duties, taxes, destination handling, and local compliance requirements are normally handled by the buyer or appointed freight forwarder unless agreed in writing.

If cartons or pallets arrive damaged, please provide photos, quantity details, and delivery records so our team can review with the carrier or forwarder.
